【师资力量】Richard Ridealgh

教授课程：理查德作为英国剑桥大学教师证书的获得者，其在中国已经有四年的雅思考官经历。同时也是国际通用英语教师资格证书的获得者。所教授的课程包括SAT（英语语言部分），ACT，IELTS, TOEFL和GRE考试等，还包括基础通用英语和BEC上午英语以及社会学和心理学等课程。

Richard is both a CELTA and DELTA qualified teacher. For 4 years Richard has been an IELTS speaking examiner here in China. He also has a TEFL diploma for teaching all ages and Business English.  He can teach the SAT (English section), ACT, IELTS, TOEFL and GRE exams as well as general English, business English (BEC), sociology and psychology. 

教师介绍：

理查德的家乡在英国的西约克郡利兹市，他已在长春居住并任教超过8年，他曾在英国曼彻斯特大学进修6年，同时也在曼彻斯特大学担任教学义工，帮助贫穷的孩子学习。他5年前已在中国结婚。他曾在英国参加了U16和U18的板球比赛，也曾代表英国参加曲棍球比赛，同时他也是一位游泳健将。他的爱好广泛，包括观看板球比赛和自由搏击运动，他还喜欢科幻小说和经典电影，与朋友们一起在郊外聚会等。

理查德先生曾经在泰国担任佛教工作者，帮助联合国进行当地英语教学，以协助缅甸当地难民重新在美定居。作为一名教师，理查德先生喜欢让他的学生们更好地掌握并熟练地运用英语。他的座右铭是爱因斯坦的一句名言：当你忘记自己在学校中所学的知识时，剩下的便是教育本身。

Introduction: Richard has been living and teaching in Changchun for over 8 years now.  His hometown is Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK.  He studied at Manchester University in Manchester for 6 years, where he also worked while he was studying for his Masters in Education, as a Social worker, helping poor, inner city kids.  He has been married for over 5 years to a local Chinese lady.   He Played Rugby for the U16’s and U18’s English national side, played cricket for his county and is a keen swimmer. He also enjoys watching Rugby and UFC, reading sci-fi novels, watching classic movies, and having a beer with friends after work somewhere outside if the

weather is good. Richard spent 18 months or more in Thailand as a Buddhist monk, helping the UN and teaching English to Burmese refugees being prepared to be relocated in the US.As a teacher, he particularly likes helping students master the English language and to use it in a practical and productive way.
